Who we are

The Selva Alta Agrarian Coffee Cooperative is a non-profit organization of coffee producers of social interest. We bring together 111 coffee growing families, our area of influence covers the districts of Pichanaki and Rio Tambo in the provinces of Chanchamayo and Satipo respectively. We are committed to our environment and society, which is why we strive to be economically viable, environmentally sustainable and socially responsible.

Selva Alta Café Perú began its activities in 2006 providing technical assistance and marketing services to its members. It also initiates the transition towards organic agriculture, which is a philosophy of life of each coffee producer of the Cooperative until today.

Today the C.A.C. Selva Alta is projecting itself towards the leadership in the production of quality coffee in the district of Pichanaqui, and the installation of a processing plant for specialty coffees, for which it has already acquired the processing machinery that will be used for the transformation of parchment coffee into exportable green coffee that will go directly to the port of shipment.
